How PolyOddsTools handles account, analytics, support, and operational data.
Public tools do not require an account. If you register, we store your name, email, password hash, verification state, and security-session data. We do not collect sportsbook passwords, identity documents, deposits, or wagering balances.
Contact submissions store the name, email, topic, message, status, and submission time needed to respond. Newsletter subscriptions require explicit consent and store the email, consent time, source, and subscription status. Registration does not automatically enroll users in marketing email.
When a portfolio is saved, the backend stores an anonymous simulation snapshot with risk profile, budget, odds, estimated probabilities, and generated parlay outputs.
Hosting providers may collect standard logs such as IP address, browser, device, request path, and timestamp for security, debugging, rate limiting, and uptime monitoring.
Future versions may use privacy-conscious analytics or advertising tools. Any production deployment should document the exact vendors and consent requirements by region.
